If info on many parts of internet then safer, if just on huasing alone, hard to say. In 50 years time, around 2nd or 3rd generation of admin, no one knows what will happen.
Also over next 10-20 years many of the older local veterans who likely have the most historical materials will move to live at level 999999999999 at Bishan CC. After that, very likely the materials will be disposed by their families.
