What are you talking about? You mean the 2 local Grandmasters are nothing?
Actually, they are local Masters, SIngapore not have a Grandmaster system yet
The Grandmaster titles I heard only AXF and WXF given but the games are team based. Meaning that unlike individual events, the enemy a player face depends on luck,such so may not really reflect actual current level.
