Regarding 碧山象棋会会员棋力分级细则 (第八次评定) and 碧山会员证书等级, the Bishan EXCO Meeting No. 3/2013 held yesterday agreed to hold two rounds of assessments over the next 5 years (2013 to 2017) as below : --
Mid-Term Assessment -- to assess competition records from 1 Jan 2013 to 30 Jun 2015, i.e. the first 2.5 years (30 months)。
Full-Term Assessment -- to assess competition records from 1 Jan 2013 to 31 Dec 2017, the full 5 years so as to identify promotion cases if any。

A briefing on Bishan Competition Method is to be held tentatively on 6 Oct 2013 at 2:30 pm followed by discussion.
Phase 1 预赛 -- 分级循环制
Phase 2 半决赛 -- 分级循环制
Phase 3 决赛 -- 擂台赛

The Bishan System -- 2006 to 2009 and 2013
The Bishan System is a combined system with reference to : --
(1) Soccer Divisional System (Phase 1)
(2) Round Robin System (Phase 1 and Phase 2)
(3) Promotion and Demotion within the Same Competition (Phase 2 and Phase 3)

3 会员赛全面检讨，2003至今共六届内部赛、2007至今共三年碧山内部常年杯，2008
与2009每届赛期长达十七天是不能持久的；未来会员赛可考虑非会员（应届象总个
人赛前32名无级棋手）之参与。（会员赛记录：至少上半部棋手必须有记录。）
