sos今天又看到报上促销，CANON EOS300 ，本身带28－90的镜头，附带一个75－300的镜头，据说是促销到6月25日，本人初入门，不大了解，希望各位多多指教
Not a bad choice (just for your information)
How much is it in total? Acutally EOS300 is not a new model, it has been launched since 2000(if I am not wrong). Its the introductory SLR camera for Canon Series.
Strong point: fast focusing speed
very light
cheap
semi-pro metering system
Weak point: plastic mount
too light to hold heavy lens
size a bit small(i think its designed for female hand size)
Comapring its price and value, I think its a very good buy for your first SLR. If you update your camera in the future, EOS300 can still be used as a backup body.
The two lens together with the camera are definitely not good. You may consider to buy better lens if you have spare money in the future.
p.s. I heard there is one model called EOS300V. It is the enhanced model for EOS300. Faster focusing speed, metal mount.
