I stayed there for 5 daysin GuangDong hotel, RMB500 a night ( shared with a friend ) in the heart of Jiu Long, Jian Sha Zui. I can't complain about the conveniece. I am no shoppingmaniac. In such a short stay I found nothing interesting about it. And with CNY only days away, many places do not stay open late even in the viciny of the hotel. Though 24 hour restraunts do exist, they are not many.
