好的简历是进入好公司的 door

感觉上，简历尽量要短，简历过长的一个重要原因是有的人把所有经历，证照都写了上去。事实上not really necessary

教育经历应该从大学开始写起，学历从最高开始写，比如先写博士，后写硕士，再就是本科
工作经历应先从现在所从事的工作写起
证照挑选最与工作相关的，

这样写简历容易高应聘的命中率。（guess this part everybody knows:)

还有 -

还有就是如果清楚地知道自己具备哪些能力，未来的工作岗位需要什么样的素质，并且在简历中也谈到自己是quick learner and always interested in 提升自己的能力与素质。之类的（看似）废话， 有正面效果。因为，通常情况下，只要能力与素质达到公司的要求，不论学历高低，经验多少，一般公司都会考虑录用。听说老板都喜欢有上进心的员工。


today quite free, viewed a lot of resumes and find it is really boring to read long ones - remind me of long 电视连续剧，呵呵，共勉

if you need models, guess all working beings have good ones:)

but the problem is all kinds of good resume has its own special format and which huasing maynot support, that will make the resume looks common.

if you know all things but no specified field, of course you are able to handle a lot of different job scope, even help you collegues, do you know that employer likes employee who can be multi-task at one time and always willing to help others? so still got promising future, but price is - may not be able to develope in the field you like
