我们公司招人时也是收到很多简历，可怜的人事部由于人手不够，我也帮忙过，也是感触颇深。我们需要站在公司人事部的立场上考虑如果写好简历。
面对大量的信件和电子邮件，人事部普通职员需要在较短的时间内根据标准挑出适合的简历给主管，而可能每一封信件一般都是草草过目，一般看学历、工作（专业）经验、年龄和要求薪水，对于简历结构清楚，学历、专业背景符合，年龄适合的，一般都会有较大的面试机会。
几类简历的明显错误或问题：
1。冗长的内容，混乱的格式，不适合的字体：还是会看到那些6页甚至更长的简历，还有字体结构混乱，这样的简历，肯定不会博得同情。而一般1页Cover Letter和1-2页简历，字体可选择Times New Roman为主，清楚简练写清楚学历、工作/专业经验、课外活动、获得荣誉，也可加上爱好、基本信息（年龄、性别、民族、NRIC No等）以及推荐人的联络方法，也可适当附上最高学历、主要奖状复印件和推荐信，很可能会给你加分。
2。对于假期打工的同学，这些工作如果跟申请工作性质无关，最好不要写进去，例如楼主说的餐馆工作；如果觉得有帮助，最好也注明清楚工作的性质和职责。我还记得老板面试时一边看我的简历，一边问为什 (more...)

(part-times are included)
if, no much working experience, talk about more on your projects you have done in school....
and PC Skills (not necessary if u have enuf info put in ur working experience)
5 last but not least, REFEREE
got some important ppl as ur referees.... (e.g. ur supervisor or ur ex-employers)

e.g. if u r applying a Java developer, will u talk about ur research topic or ur Matlab experience?
