SPC这种东西，是个人都会做。非常无聊。在wab fab里面，是非常non-core的东东。
如果你想做wafer fab,个人认为process and process integration是两个比较有value added的方向。其他的，都是打杂的。

如果你要选SPC engineer或者 R&D...当然是做　R&D　比较好。。。如果是选process/process integration或者R&D,那我建议你做自己想做的。
