and if you work less than 90 days in a year i think you are tax exempt for that year
Is there any different for PR and EP?I am thinking about whether I should apply for PR.

tax wise no major impact
it is only that if you are a PR it is easier to establish that you a tax resident in Singapore so as to enjoy the progressive rates instead of a fixed 15%.
As a PR you have to contribute to Central Provident Fund, up to 20% of your salary. Details are available at www.cpf.gov.sg
