One NUS Fulltime PHD position available (life science)Supervisor : A/P Hanry Yu (http://hanrylab.med.nus.edu.sg) Project description: Study of an ER membrane protein and its role in cell migration and metastasis. In vitro cell culture studies will be complemented with establishing a transgenic and knock-out mice model. A range of experimental approaches ranging from animal experimentation, histology, molecular cloning, cell culture, to sophisticated in vivo and in vitro microscopy will be employed in these studies. Excellent infrastructures in both NUS and Biopolis will be available to support the work.
