i guess only my previous banks are 朝九晚七 for a front role...Trader will be typically leave early, but come early as well... analysis at back office is pretty bad... quantz is the best so far as what i know, come at 9am and could leave early at 7:00pm. some guys in local bank could leave at 8:00pm typically as a quantz. guess most of times it is depends on the head instead of banks... if you met with a workaholic, guess life won't easy. but i met some fresh people likes office a lot, guess for young people, work late is always good....

quantz for 3yr, head for 1.5yr, now...hehe....structurer.....
