it sounds ike a good profile.I was there 4 years back, things might change over years. However, your profile looks pretty good. If you prepare well for the interviews, there should not be a problem.
The salary is ranging from 1k to 2.5 k USD in my year. Bonus is not very common for interns.

I was in BV 2 years ago. For SV, the pay for my batch is b/t 1.4k and 2k, with exceptions of course.
