Quan Developer:

Large firm, sysmetic training, bonus sort of guarantee, look good on resume for next job


I feel that being an Phd, quantz is a realy nice job, however quantz in SG/Asia is considered a BO/MO job, where u test models and perform some post deal analysis. In states, quantz is a FO job, becuase before any deal went through the MD need two testimonial, one from trading team and the other from quantz. Therefore, after a few years asia experience, I feel you should go to states and with ur big firm experience, it should not be too difficult.
