银行相关IT工作都要加班吗?我是计算机PhD快交论文了,本来想好银行作为第一志愿的,原因还是有"钱途". 不过最近听说去银行工作没有不加班的. 如果一个礼拜一两天还罢了,有人告诉我,基本上天天加班, 每天要9点才能从公司走人...这样就要牺牲和家人相处的时间了. 现在很动摇. 问问在银行工作的各位,天天加班这样的说法对吗? 如果确实如此,小弟也死了心了.

Yes, you are right..if

if nothing goes wrong...Trader comes early so you must ensure the system could function early!!So if there is a problem, you must solve it either by the end of the trading day or before the start of next trading day...

if the system cannot function...10 million dollar may loss...if you cannot solve it, you are fired...
And you will have to deal with a lot of ridiculous questions. And if you support a very lousy application...god bless you

For developement team, at least you still have the support team to act as a buffer :) and there is not always a project, so usually you will get serveral week break before next project release
