又一个关于辞职的问题， 先谢了！已经拿到一个offer, 并且email 他们接受offer. 现在他们在催我签约。
和现在老板好几年了，现在的合同还有几个月到期，想好聚好散，个人认为最好的结果是干完，然后去新公司上班。这样可以有充足时间完成手头的工作。但是，新公司那边会同意等我好几个月吗？如果和他们提出想推迟几个月再去，他们肯定会怀疑我的诚意的。
不知大家有何高见？
