在新加坡，这个工资水平是高是低望各位赐教。
查资料了解到，新加坡人均收入2万1千美元，人均GDP 3万多美元。还有一份统计说做软件的人员工资一般5000左右。但也了解到很多在新刚工作的工资也就如此，作为新人，很是迷茫。
还有一问，contract 比 permenant差别很大吗？
generally salary for contract job is higher than permenant job.
for contract position, it has less paid leave, no or less medical and insurance protaction. therefore, as a whole package, the pay will be higher than permenant job. however, there are some contract job, which has same package as permenant job.
personally, 3k is not a bad deal. you just graduated this year. you are considered as fresh graduate with some sort of experience.
