Not just citi..ML, UBS the "mortality" rate of 1st yr's graduate is high...1st grads the pay is from HR...when it come to 2nd yr, desk may not be able to justify the over-priced salary paid by hr department... heard ubs's grad last yr batch survive rate is 30%...not sure if it is true
