同意我做什么，我妈都不能满意
今后要学老美多夸奖孩子。我觉得是老美经理的这封信让我孩子最后决定要去这个公司的：
My manager sent me the following email:
XXX,
I assume that you are returning back to your studies soon. I hope your last fall semester goes well, and that you are able to have some fun also.
I would like to say again how much I appreciated your efforts over the summer. You made a big difference in a short period of time. I know that my boss (KXXXX) and our Director (JXX) were impressed with the results of your project, as well as your presentation.
I hope you will consider Target for your career after graduation, since I believe that you would be a great fit here.
Take care. And let me know if you have any questions this fall about Target or the Twin Cities.

在我们华人家长眼里孩子再怎么长大了也终归是个孩子。在老美看来孩子长大成人就已经是可用之才了。这个老经理最后一句是说的我孩子曾经教这个老美如何上网找便宜零件来改装车子的事呢。（现在的年轻人有许多事情确实是懂得比我们老人家更多啊！）所以我相信老美们多多夸奖别人是很有正面效果的。
结果最后我孩子放弃了去IT公司的更高薪工作，同意回去Target总部上班啦。
