刚上班该怎么提出辞职？毕业后第一份工作，在一个小fund （2 partners + 2 analysts）。因为刚起步，所以工资不高，boss是两个白人，比较nice。上班第3天，之前申请的某ibank发offer了，front office，base pay是目前的3倍。
于是打算跟老板辞职，因为估计他们不可能给到和bank同一水平的（签offer前就争取过）。工作合同上没有罚款之类的，只要求提前14天write in notice。
想请教几个问题：
1. 怎么提出才能比较不伤感情？
2. EP注册程序上有什么要注意的？是不是得先要求现在的boss注销EP，才能让bank替我申请EP？

For your EP, you need to have your current employer cancel your EP with MOM. After that, the bank can file an application with MOM again. You get a white card after cancelling your EP which grants you 1 month stay in Singapore.
