PR可以比citizen少发很多补贴？

关于签证和补贴，我们公司是这样的如果是新加坡人，派去中国常驻，薪水在新加坡发，则给予海外常驻补贴，大概3000新币上下，根据职位高低浮动。 如果是新加坡人，派去中国常驻，薪水在中国分公司发，则不给海外常驻补贴，但是考虑到国内税高，薪水会加，外加提供房贴和车贴，通常给一个很好的package。 如果是PR，派去中国常驻，薪水在新加坡发。。。HR很少这样做滴。。。除非实在没人了。 如果是PR，派去中国常驻，local pay，肯定不给海外常驻补贴，但是一般薪水会加，房贴和车贴就不要想了，你本来就是local嘛。
