Responsibilities:

Manage entire supply chain from wafer fab, assembly & test factories loading, products inventory and delivery performance to meet customer expectations; Performance indicators include On-Time Delivery and Cycle Time.
Support new product and new factory/vendor start up by ensuring timely setup of production specs and flow, including all relevant collaterals required for production startup.
Assess and report on on-time delivery and develop proactive measures to improve delivery.
Perform adhoc analysis to ensure no disruption of the fulfillment of committed delivery.
Prepare Build Plan based on Sales forecast analysis, including generating Material planning report and vendor forecasts.

Requirements:


Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), or Logistic/Transportation, Science, Business or equivalent.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing will be added advantage.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, ORACLE
5 - 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Good quantitative skills with analytical leaning.
Highly organized and precise.
Strong problem solving skills, ability to identify root cause and resolve delivery issues.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Candidate needs to have good communication skill in English.
Strong leadership in problem solving, and crisis management; able to get things done including managing issues, escalation to management in and outside organization.
