Job Descriptions

-　　　　　　　Management of job and assigned team with respect to quality assurance, planning & cost objectives.

-　　　　　　　Provide strong leadership in promoting, demonstrating and being a role model in accordance with Company Core Values and Ethics Policy.

-　　　　　　　Be responsible for working with multi-discipline project teams. Coordination works with other disciplines and review of other disciplines (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, etc.) equipment packages/ specification/ datasheets.

-　　　　　　　Be able to lead the team to perform bid evaluation, clarification, vendor data review/ incorporation and vendor follow-up.

-　　　　　　　Prepares Project deliverable list for the discipline in conjunction with Project Engineering Manager

-　　　　　　　Prepare project instrument specifications, Datasheets, instrument sizing, etc on the basis of local regulations, international codes/best practice and customer requirements, manage instrumentation packages.

-　　　　　　　Be able to assist and coordinate with Hazop/SIL reviews

-　　　　　　　Prepare and manages the Instrument List, I/O, Alarms & Set Points and Cable Schedule

-　　　　　　　Coordinates the Software and Hardware freezing

-　　　　　　　Prepares Technical Supply Specifications for instrumentation materials

-　　　　　　　Prepares MTO and Material Requisitions

-　　　　　　　Performs technical bid analysis and vendor data checking

-　　　　　　　Preparation of Subcontracting Packages

-　　　　　　　Attend FAT and commissioning

-　　　　　　　Interface with Client, & vendor’s representatives with respect to control & instrumentation matters. Attend and participate in engineering coordination and progress meetings

Requirements:

-　　　　　　　Bachelor Degree in Engineering with preference given to candidates having an advanced degree.

-　　　　　　　At least 5 - 10 years’ experience in Field Instrumentation, Fire and Gas system, PSD, ESD system, preferably in offshore projects such as fixed platform / FPSO Topside are preferred.

-　　　　　　　Technically astute with all aspects of control and instrumentation (design basis to P&ID developments, Instrumentation and Control Loop design, control and safety systems, etc)

-　　　　　　　Fully knowledgeable of multiple EPC project executions (scope, drivers, workflow, interdependencies, etc)

-　　　　　　　Proficient with MS Office Package

-　　　　　　　Experienced in implementing projects using Smart Plant Instrumentation (INtools) or AVEVA

-　　　　　　　Knowledge of ISA symbols for P&ID development

-　　　　　　　Knowledge of class rules and regulations (e.g. ABS, DNV, NOSORK etc) and international standards (e.g. IEC, NEC, etc.) are required.

-　　　　　　　Familiar with working in a client/PMC environment, is highly motivated, well organized, resourceful and proactive in engaging the client, project team and suppliers

-　　　　　　　Possess good interpersonal skills with sound written and oral communication skills in English
