Test/Product Engineer
Responsibilities: ATE test program development and validation
Define test hardware, Write and debug test program based on datasheet, Correlation, repeatability and validation, Release to manufacturing sites
Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Electronics or other related discipline, 5 years of working experience in Testing or Product Engineering, Good knowledge and experience in ATE testing, yield/ data analysis tools…,Proficient on TERADYNE J750, Verigy / Advantest 93K, LTXCredence Sapphire, Good communication and interpersonal skills
