Plant Engineer (Mechanical & Civil) 好像没有工作经验的要求

Plan and execute of all maintenance activities as assigned from end-to-end basis (initial respond, troubleshoot, propose technical solutions, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct JHA, supervise field work, ensure good QA/QC & final job closure) to enable high equipment reliability & plant technical availability.
Plan, track and control expenditure and optimize any cost incurred for any maintenance activity assigned including shutdown maintenance/turnaround work.
Plan, execute and supervise routine servicing, inspection & maintenance activities on static & rotating equipments, plant change (PCR) work & near miss follow-up as assigned.
Develop static & rotating equipments preventive maintenance work schedule in consultation with other Plant Engineers and track performance.
Provide technical assistance & engineering advice to Operations, Technologists & other relevant stakeholders in resolving plant technical availability & reliability issues.
Initiate and contribute to plant integrity & mechanical equipment reliability improvements. Troubleshoot & lead defect elimination/causal learning/root cause analysis to eradicate faults.
