bonus你说的有问题middle back office一般可没有三四五六个月的bonus啊，能有一两个月就喜出望外了（在当前的市场行情下），而且外资行不pay AWS的，就领个死工资而已。
这几年我认识各大行做IT和risk的小伙伴们的bonus都在一个月以内。虽然也有三四个月bonus的 但那都是非常exceptional的情况
i agree with you though i dont like your style.
i am hiring for a VP level position and met several candidates. some of them are VP level MO heads for APAC from banks like JPM and MS. Their bonus numbers are about 3 months. You can imagine how much for those blow them.
