我去jobsbank看了,发现最高竟然是research engineersearch criteria: Experience less than 1 year and Min salary $5000.00 and jobs posted by direct and third party employers
然后按照highest salary sort了一下,被第一条吓到了

的确值这个价钱
research engineer 的要求都挺高的。价钱不高的话请不到优秀的人才出不了货。
现在很多公司的IT项目经理都是外行人,以为可以去印度花很少钱雇很多人把项目做好。以为人越多越好,然后花本地3个人的价钱在印度雇十个人做事。其实IT项目越多人做越容易出问题。如果请的人水平不行更是糟糕。项目越做越多问题。往往是做了几年都出不了货。
多于3万的都是年薪。
