As much as I despise posting here, I'm desperate.
My company (I don't run it, but I work for it) is looking for a developer, but it is really hard to find a LOCAL developer who is well-versed in development. I've posted the job requirements in the Job Seekers subforum, but I doubt it will have any hits, so I'm posting this here as a general chat/rant thread. The job sites that I've posted to, mostly we have Indians, mainland Chinese and Fillipino developers, but we are unable to hire foreign due to EP/WP constraints.
So if you're up to the task, check out the job posting, and we'll schedule an interview ASAP.
