The app has shown to be a promising tool for clinical nutrition research and diabetics self-management related research. The photo based food recognition has proven to be a convenient way of tracking and analyzing food and nutrition intake, where the accuracy of the deep learning model and the coverage of food types is a key factor that determines the usability of app and thus influences the scale of analysis. We are looking for people to contribute and update new food images for our research. Requirement: -able to commit at least 4 hours a week for long term annotators.
