some comments for SINGTELI have been watching it for about 4 months. This stock will always have something like last minute up 6 cents ,(sometimes 8 cents) or down 10 cents or 8 cents. while rest of the time is just idle. With this observation you can timing your buy or sell with a best price you can get intra- day but due to its complicated history, and its shareholder composition, I still just watch it and sometimes play it in the short side as an alternative bet to STI.
