The charge applies to land revalue DUE TO GOVERNMENT's ACTION IN REZONING THE SITE TO A HIGHER VALUE USE etc

so normal land value appreciation is not applicable to this charge. unless gov just build a lot of MRT around your house.


and Ho Bee got so many projects in Sentosa, which is before this act, I see it is not so big deal.
