I lost my wallet on Dec. 6, 2004. I have made police report, which listed all my loss, including NRIC card, credit card, staff card and so on. Later, from the bills I realized that the thief not only used my money from the credit card but also opened a line in XXX Ltd by using my NRIC card. I contacted XXX Ltd immediately and told them that the line was not opened by me and asked them to cut the line on Dec 17,2004.
