China plays could consolidate till the early part of next week due to short-term overhang pressure but the QDII theme remains intact. S-chips should make another come back once the short-term overhang depletes. Large cap S-chips (e.g. Cosco, Yangzijiang, Yanlord, Synear and China Hongxing) are likely beneficiaries of the QDII fund inflows.
