BBSFF DECLARES FINAL DIVIDEND OF 6.00 SINGAPORE CENTS PER SHARESGX-ST/Media Release 3 December 2007 BBSFF DECLARES FINAL DIVIDEND OF 6.00 SINGAPORE CENTS PER SHARE The Board of Directors of Babcock & Brown Structured Finance Fund Limited (“BBSFF” or “the Company”) has declared a final dividend of 6.00 Singapore cents per share for the half year ended 31 December 2007, consistent with the upgraded dividend guidance announced by the Company on 14 November 2007. This brings the total 2007 dividend to 10.7 Singapore cents per share (excluding the 0.53 Singapore cents per share declared for the period ending 30 June 2007 and referrable to the 2006 year). The register of shareholders of BBSFF will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 3 January 2008 for the purpose of determining shareholders’ entitlements to the Company’s final dividend.
