翟兄要小心一点也不知道我理解对不对， 公告里面这条： For practical reasons and in order to avoid any violations of the relevant securities legislation applicable in countries other than Singapore, the Warrants will NOT be provisionally allotted to Shareholders with registered addresses outside Singapore as at the Books Closure Date and who have not, at least five (5) market days prior to the Books Closure Date, provided to CDP or the Company, as the case may be, addresses in Singapore for the service of notices and documents. 这好像是说那些国外的股东如果到今天还不提供新加坡地址的话，他们就不会被allotted warrants了。也就是到时候就不用掏钱了。我没细看，大股东好像的确是在国外的 这个好像对小股东不利啊。。。到时候你得出两毛钱买这公司的warrant,行权在1.4 等于高价卖你一个不值钱的warrant啊. 我看了下报表，公司即将到期的短期债务有1.3亿，手上现金只有6千万。资金好像有点紧。 我没细看，也不知道对不对，供你参考一下。错了别骂我。
