Ying Li International recently won the bid for the Da Ping project at the centralised Yuzhong district at a competitive average land and relocation cost of RMB RMB2,700 psm.
In a recent Bloomberg interview, CEO Fang Ming discussed the possibility of injecting the Group's assets into a REIT structure for an asset-light model.
Though we do not cover this stock, the average target price based on market consensus (Bloomberg) is S$1.24 and charts suggest a TECHNICAL BUY opportunity on the stock. (See attached note for further details).
