Still own this chip "StarHill" since 2-3 years ago, but not heavily loits price was about 0.58-0.60 2-3 years ago , if I am not wrong. it is Commerical type REIT and focus on commerical properties,like Wisoma. But the dividend yield was not high, as many investors trust Singapore property ....
