同借贴问，关于hdb转名突然想起来，如果转名到一个人名下，是不是mop又要重新算了？ 那对于要转名省absd的家庭来说，岂不是越早转越好，否则搬去第二套hdb也不能出租？ 又头大了= =

第二套当然是指的公寓……囧The MOP is computed from the date of purchase of the flat if the SC flat owners who sublet the flat are the original purchasers.
