年化回报率4%-6%请高手指点，银行banker推荐了2只fund做理财。

First State Bridge
背景：有几万定期存款到期，banker就推荐了上面这2个。这笔钱未来2-3年应该没有用。长期投资endowment plan被我拒绝了，因为锁定的时间太长。本来考虑Singapore saving bond，后来banker认为这个更好。
请问高手这个基金靠谱吗？现在买入时机正确么。。
