for u to lose some extra weight(mostly fat) in one month. 3 points u have to notice: diet, sports and rest. I know you goal is just to lose some weight, in another word, you want to make u more slim, but not at the cost of your health.Before everthing, record your weight and body measures. Most important, you should concern your diet, the one you put into your mouth everyday. Eat less but eat frequently to increase the speed of your body metabolism. So u can burn more fat every day. U can make a timetable of every meal. I suggest u eat 4 to 6 meals a day, Low in carbohydrates, a bit high in protein and vitamines. Between meals, do not eat anything except water(expel waste), especially do not eat food like Mcdonald. Do not eat any fat loss medicine. The one geting effective will do harm to your liver, and the one getting less effective will do harm to your pocket. Sports, the fast way to lose extra fat on ur body. For girls, fat is most concentrated on glutea, thigh, lower abdomen and a bit covering triceps on your upper arm. I am sorry I do not know your situation, so I just speak generally. Forgive me, please. U need to do some light strength exercises to lose it. Just some simple actions(u can ask u friends who like exercises), u can do them at home using small dumbbells or a heavy dictionary. The key point is to do at high reps and low weight, better in a room without aircon or fan. U may fear exhausted at the beginning. It only helps u to lose fat, no need to worry about muscle increase. (For me, I have to take very tough training and at least 15 different kinds of medicine to stimulate a bit muscle increase every day.)
