In my block there is only one transaction, which is at the same price that I bought my flat, I am quite sure that is mine. And that is right after my first appointment.

HDB update the transaction twice a month, on 1st and 15th, and let us assume that OTP is 6-8 week before first appointment, then worst case is that the transcation statistics shows resale deals about 10 weeks ago (8 weeks + 15 days).
