MOP满后，不需要住在组屋里了
It is slightly different for selling and renting.
MOP is 3 years for renting out whole HDB flat for people who bought before March 2010. However, you can buy condo after 1 year. for example, you bought the condo 1 year after you bought the HDB flat, but you still need to stay in the HDB flat for next 2 years before you can stay in your condo.
