I am not selling my property. Can I make voluntary refund on the housing amount withdrawn? If yes, how do I go about doing it?


A:
Yes.

You can refund the following amount via a cheque/cashier's order to the Board:

a) full principal amount withdrawn towards the property and accrued interest; or

b) full principal amount withdrawn; or

c) part of the principal amount withdrawn

Please write your name, NRIC number and property address at the back of the cheque/cashier's order made payable to "CPF Board", and mail it with a covering letter to:

Singapore 068897

Alternatively, you can deposit the cheque/cashier's order and covering letter at any CPF service centres.
