Existing owner of a new or resale HDB/DBSS Flat

- From 30 Aug2010, existing owner of new (direct) HDB/DBSS flat or resale flat with CPF Housing grant must meet the 5 years Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) before the application date to purchase an Executive Condominium (EC).

- Existing owner of resale flat bought without CPF Housing grant can appeal to purchase if the estimated completion date of the Executive Condominium meet the 5 years MOP requirement.
