几个问题...1. The married couple, who are SC and Foreigner, may apply for the remission of ABSD on the joint-purchase of their first residential property. ABSD will not be payable if the application for remission is approved.
这里,什么时候去做这个application for remission? 是买了房子之前还是之后?是先给BSD+ABSD,之后IRAS退还ABSD, 还是一开始就只给BSD?
2. 如果按照以上操作,假设第一次俩个人都参与还贷,银行给了一个配套假如说2年lock in,再假如等房子sales completion之后我就去做这个转名,那么之后就只有我配偶一个人贷款了,是不是对于银行来说算是一次现有贷款的违约和一次新贷款的申请,这里是不是还要还银行penalty fee啊?
如果买的是new launch,loan 还没有fully disburse, 是不是还要还cancellation fee?
