糟糕英文 (notwithstanding用错）这个词不可以这样用的。是介词，后面不可以加that从句。只能加名词短语: ex. 1 Notwithstanding some major financial problems, the school has had a successful year. ex. 2 The bad weather notwithstanding, the event was a great success.
