我以前也这么觉得和老公商量过,他不喜欢这边的浮动利率,公寓又说不好未来是升是跌,而且还要把钱从股市里拿出来买房总之不值得
我是金融小白算不过帐来,买房子只是不想经常搬家折腾,所以如果以后买的话,应该是买个二手hdb吧
一直在留意市区的hdb,可惜要么破破烂烂要么没好学校要么贵的要死,像我俩这种拖延症,目测可能要租一辈子。。。
买组屋也是浮动利率
估计你们高收入是拿不到政府的loan的,买房这个事必须有一个人积极主动的去引导,时不时周末打个车去看看房之类的。就跟女人逛街一个道理,要不断的刺激才会超前消费。Trilinq快盖好了,学区房,新房,总价比组屋贵不了多少。(尺价比组屋贵很多,但是who cares)
