Borrower

Borrower(s) refers to the person(s) that is/are taking the home loan from the Bank. All owner(s) of the pledged property (mortgage) is/are borrowers.

Mortgagor

Mortgagor(s) refers to the owner(s) of the pledged property (mortgage). All owner(s) must be borrowers of the loan.

Guarantor

Guarantor refers to the person who agrees to be responsible for another person's mortgage in case of default.
