You will not be allowed to rent a Hertz vehicle with only an International Driver's Permit. 但是google "driving in texas with foreign license"却会有不同的结果，说是IDP是必须的 我觉得还是直接联系租车公司求证吧，在网上问（特别还是在中文网站）很不靠谱 不论怎样都好，新加坡驾照一定要带上。IDP是不能单独使用的
