The Ministry (ND) has approved that *owners of non-subsidised flats will have to occupy their flats for at least 5 years before they may apply* for a new flat from the HDB or an EC unit from the property developer. 2. Bto也不能申请了也得等mop完，mmb。而且没有官方公开公布消息
