还有我觉得虽然政府说已经住进resale hdb没拿grant的也算1st timer, 但我严重怀疑，会不会是还在租房的1st timer跟有resale住的1st timer priority不一样？
感觉好多有resale住的1st timer运气都没有租房的1st timer运气好，不会这么巧吧
